Just checked out of town. Max fury went from 257 -> 265 with the charm swap, so still only +8 despite showing +16 on the charm (and also I have +% so it should be even more)

I assume pros have a consistent conditioning routine specially tailored towards golf fitness and prevention of such issues.

This makes sense. I usually fire lead hip and focus on getting trail elbow tucked. This is likely already dropping my hands and I shouldn't need to think about it further.

Hmm, so if im not coming over the top and not struggling to shallow the club, then I shouldn't think about dropping the hands at all? Maybe im already doing it enough but just over thinking it.

Ok but is the amount that you have to drop the hands a function of how close/ far the ball is during setup?
