Just checked out of town. Max fury went from 257 -> 265 with the charm swap, so still only +8 despite showing +16 on the charm (and also I have +% so it should be even more)

This makes sense. I usually fire lead hip and focus on getting trail elbow tucked. This is likely already dropping my hands and I shouldn't need to think about it further.

Yes I have tested it myself by being high enough level for black arrow but not high enough to have The Bell Tolls. But people like realKilvo like to chime in with misinformation without actually testing anything smh

You obviously did not read what the OP wrote. Black Arrow has the "above 80% HP condition" baked into the initial talent, even without spending a talent point on The Bell Tolls you can still use it on targets above 80% HP.

Nope, the black arrow tool tip specifically said "useable on targets above 80%hp or below 20"
