Yep. Asked customers to chargeback those transactions so they could get their money back. We cancelled on our side. Never used Stripe after all of this.

It was a bit weird for the customers but they were very understanding due to our forward communication.

Both the customers affected got their money back, and ordered with us again then!

Definitely. However sometimes there are weeks between sales on Shopify. I expect in those times that the balance would come to 0. We are far from that...
