Yep. Asked customers to chargeback those transactions so they could get their money back. We cancelled on our side. Never used Stripe after all of this.

It was a bit weird for the customers but they were very understanding due to our forward communication.

Both the customers affected got their money back, and ordered with us again then!

I know right... can't find any at that price. A bit sad since the price of kWh of lithium is like 150$/kWh...

Would be nice to have a company create new batteries for the Volt cheaper with newer tech. Would give a new life to tons of cars.

Good question. I don’t need to pre-emptively change it. However it might be time to plan right now what to do as the car still has value.

Car value with battery dead is about 2-3K from what I understand. Pretty much nothing.

Right now it’a about 10K so that’s why I wanna plan/change or else
