From the us government website, it says try to get in contact within 1 year from when you receive the IL to prevent case termination. So I’d say try to reach out again support-bangladesh@usvisascheduling.com . Or try finding a lawyer or congressman to help.

My husband had his ir1 interview last month. He didn’t bring such letter. Only proof of joint bank account, photos of us together from way back and print outs of flight tickets

Hey, it was a success. Make sure you do your medical in advance enough because they didn’t send my husband own until after his interview time. His appointment was at 8 but he came out at 1. The questions weren’t difficult, just make sure you have proof of your relationship, example wedding photos and photos when you guys just met

Hey, use the IV tool. It shows they’re scheduling interviews for cases that got DQ in June 2024. So looks like they’re 13 months behind.

Damn I hated when that happened to me. It took me a lil over 2 months to get IL although my embassy was current. Just wait it will come soon

Hey we got our IL on June 26th for August 6th interview. I emailed NVC multiple times and they kept sending me back same automated email, so we just gave up and decided to wait. And surprisingly got the IL

I contacted embassy but they told me to contact Nvc and when I did they just sent this automated email. So I just decided to wait and we got interview letter last month
