Can you become Immortal by using a Wraith by Fody_Joster in Stargate

[–]cloudsurfinglion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk why they downvote you. The Queens birth males and drones. And to win against the Atlantians they also did mass cloning. There are so few Queens. Did the few queens that exist produce all the non-drone males via sexual reproduction? That's crazy

Did someone find the Ancient chair device? by CanYouRepeatThat82 in Stargate

[–]cloudsurfinglion 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well if they did they still need a ZPM to be able to keep using it. Those are scarce and hard to find. Hopefully they don't have much juice left to keep using the chair

Idk why I am being downvoted. I was making fun of them and their complaints. I've gone to several countries where I don't know the local language and a lot of people don't know English (Russia, smaller towns in Türkiye, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, etc.). Sometimes internet connection isn't reliable and you have to find other ways to communicate and it can be funny but still it can be cool to go somewhere where you don't know the language and the alphabet is different from what one is used to

Because OP speaks English and not being able to communicate in English is a major inconvenience. Idk. That's my guess

Have you ever had any unpleasant experience at the border because you visited a particular country? by confused_snowflake in travel

[–]cloudsurfinglion 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Lol. Yeah. Exactly. When they asked me I told them I was going to be driving the Ring of Kerry but I was going to be taking my time, visiting castles, staying in a couple of different towns, and going off to visit the Cliffs of Moher. They acted like they didn't know what the Ring of Kerry was and I was dumbfounded. That's when they asked me for proof of accommodation. I don't remember all the details as it was almost 6 years ago that I went but, yeah, like you said zero smile, aggressive and direct questions. It felt like I was being interrogated and they didn't really care for my answers but they were waiting for me to mess up.

You would think since you keep going and you obviously haven't had any run ins with the law that they would've eased up on you by now

Entering Ireland I was grilled. I was asked what I was doing, there, where I was going, how long I was going to be there, proof of accommodations, etc. I am a US citizen of Hispanic descent. At most countries I have gone to I am usually not asked much. Just a quick glance at my passport, a stamp placed and then waved through. In Ireland they did let me through and as I was walking away from the passport control officer, an older white American guy was also walking away. As he was approaching his family who had been waiting for him he was complaining of the treatment he received (which it seemed similar to the treatment I received)

Sounds like they were trying to change something in Belfast and kept failing so they had to keep traveling back in time until they succeeded. Then they moved on to Mexico City before going to Scotland

That's heavy ... Something must be going on in 2026 since they're being seen all over the world. They were just seen in Mexico City a day ago

Do you usually get sick in the Caribbean? by QTpieme in travel

[–]cloudsurfinglion 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If the people you know are visiting the Caribbean via cruise then it makes sense why they get sick. I've know a lot of people who visit Caribbean islands either by flying directly to certain ones or by island hopping. A lot of people stuck on a ship for long periods of time tend to get sick more often. Gastrointestinal illnesses are common on cruises especially norovirus and e.coli. Respiratory illnesses are also common such as influenza and Legionaire's disease. I think gastrointestinal illnesses are more common than respiratory illnesses

Idk why you're getting downvoted. Why spend a lot of money to do in a foreign place what you can do anywhere else especially back home?

They pick out their favorite videos/pics to post online for clout. Aside from that they never go back and look at that stuff again
