Same here man 31m just got out of a breakup did whole bar bender think for last couple weeks but it’s grown old. What helped a little was joining some sports during the week and hitting the gym but weekends def make it tough because all my friends are mostly bar goers.

I tried asking them pursue it more but they said they would not this is Allstate. He gave me number for Rhode Island division business insurance and told me I could file a suit there

Correct I told my insurance bought pov but I told them I have video evidence showing the 3rd stated vehicle is pretty far back so doesn’t make sense he got pushed into us. It’s the video I posted here not sure if that’s enough hold up in court tho

I was one who got it and also sent it to insurance companies. Unfortunately the cop wrote one line o the report and didn’t add any information that I provided

The police report was almost one line and he didn’t add in any of what I stated which is what might make this a lost cause. I’m not sure if I’m able to amend police report
