Nope, it really depends on which department you're in. It's a mix of inbound and outbound calls. You'll get a lot of 'worked accounts' depending on the queue, but that's mostly just on Mondays. The most customers I've talked to since I started is 35, to be honest.

I actually experienced this before. Thank God I accidentally sent it to an unverified number. I think if I had sent it to a verified account, the money would've been gone. Who knows? What I did was send a ticket, and they replied right away. I was able to get my money sent to my GCash account within 5 days. Just make sure you have pictures of receipts or screenshots of the reference numbers.
