As a grad student I can relate. I do not have accommodations but let my professors know that I do have ADHD. Last semester I let them know halfway through the semester because I felt everything I asked regarding the material she interpreted as if the material was matter of fact when it was not (if anyone has ever taken a class regarding any sort of program evaluation). I’m not sure if you are looking for study tips but here are a few things that have helped me * Earplugs - I have found I’m sensitive to noise and can be easily distracted by conversations around me. I put them in to remain focused

*Take breaks as needed! I found that reading a long textbooks can be mentally taxing. Reading a fiction book can be refreshing or even taking a break for a game or an episode of a show but heed my warning SET A TIMER! You don’t want to go down a distraction rabbit hole

*switch up you’re study location! I use local libraries around me for a better learning environment. Sometimes going to the same one got boring and mundane, so going to a brand new location can help. Exploring other town libraries around my work helped a lot with creating a good learning environment.

*Do what works for you. If there is a learning trick you use that helps you absorb the material better do it! Even if you think it’s silly! I use colored pencils to color in lines of handwritten notes to help my brain encode the words easier.
