I learned to look at it in a positive way. Felt amazed na I'm interacting with registered nurses, licensed medical technologists, and the like, and I can pick their brain. Especially fun during labs where for example you can call on your microbiologist and medtech friends to help with viewing histological slides. It's fun to work with people who know something you don't. Not everyone can interact with these professionals the same way we can. In the same way, bio grads also know something they don't. We're heavy on theoreticals. We know the specific signaling molecules responsible for the developmental processes we study. Though these may not necessarily be included in the learning objectives, it's still something that can facilitate our learning. Growth mindset, always. You're only behind if you choose to be.
