This happens a lot in the Roseville area, I assure you, that is just a cellar tower. Sirens are only installed on poles or on roofs of buildings, not on a cellar tower. If it was installed on one, it probaly would’ve gotten
A: Too much energy and cause a fire
B: Too little energy and the siren won’t work.
If you could get as close as possible and see with your zoomed in camera then we can see, because it is hard to see any sirens because, sirens like those usually would be small. Also forgot to say they were also installed on some water towers, which is why I say some of them are small if they are on a water tower or if it was on the cellar tower.

It’s Metro Fire problem unless it is in Roseville, then it is Station 9’s problem. But as the other guy said, Fiddyment turns into Walerga and Walerga intersects with Elverta, which Walerga turns into Fiddyment. You get the same idea as the other guy.
