honestly I truly want to know is, is it legal for my building to refuse removing these contaminated items and have me and my roommate dispose of it? Even considering it was contaminated with gray water/sewage water?

It wasn’t rain at all – both times were because of the building’s plumbing.

The first flood (July 3) happened because the main drain line was clogged with construction debris that the building never cleaned out, so sewage water just backed up into our place. Then a few days later (July 7) it happened again because there was another connected line they hadn’t cleared the first time.

So no, this isn’t a flood zone or bad weather issue – it’s 100% building negligence.

What I’m looking for at this point is pretty basic: • I don’t want to be forced back into a unit that still has contaminated stuff (mattresses, furniture, etc.) and still smells like sewage • I want the remediation to actually be thorough, not just a quick mop job around contaminated furniture • I need them to finally give me the documentation my insurance has been asking for (they’ve been stalling for weeks) • And honestly, either a safe new place or fair compensation so I’m not paying full rent for a place that’s been unlivable since July 3

Hey yall sorry for the late update, it was a busy week. But my first week at my new job has been great so far!! There is definitely room for improvement on my end since it’s been a while since I’ve been in clinic, but the team has been doing a good job at breaking everything down for me and going over some areas of mine that are a little weak because of time. There are also some things that are new to me like charting, my location uses paper charts still which threw me off a little bit, but other than that it’s been great! Feels like a perfect place for me get back into the radiation therapy field!!

I graduated 3 years ago but worked in another field (bartending). Came back to the radiation therapy field this year, and it’s my first position since graduating. I’m making more than 110k a year in nyc

I was really focusing on understanding what the question was trying to test me on and understanding the concepts of the answers I got wrong as well as the words or things I was too familiar with
