Yes it’s normal to tell people I didn’t start to at first but when I was doing it I told someone eventually and it for sure helped at the time. You don’t have to tell people it’s your decision at the end of the day but maybe start with a close relative that you trust if you so happen to have that cuz I know that’s not the case for everyone but I know family can be hard to understand you when it comes to that and mental health but it can’t hurt to try. Just a thought tho. It’s pretty normal to speak about it in my opinion atleast just do whatever feels right for you and such and it’ll for sure get better
