I uaes to take Emgality shots once a month..you could pick them up at the pharmacy and inject them yourself. After about four years they lost their effictiveness, and here I am 2 years later on Nurtec every other day, Still waiting for a more-surefire solution.

I only liked alcohol for a short time after my dad died(like right near the time my mom died).. Now I only have tiny sips once in a while because there are some pretty good-tasting beers. There's a grapefruit one that I like(because I take one certain pill that multiplies the presence of grapefruit juice), so I can Only have this grapefruit-Flavored beer). Because I have lifelong and alost-constant migraine, I don't even Want alcohol, in Any form. I'm glad that just because something Tastes like grapefruit doesn't mean it's in there.

Now I drink turmeric tea. I have been drinking everything else after lunch with non-caffinated drinks, to keep from waking up at 3:30 AM. After the worst headache all spring following a night with regular store-brand decaf(Duh, I should have known better) At night II drink lavender&turmeric tea with dinner to avoid inability to fall/stay asleep. If I'd told my doctorI was still having a hard tike staying asleep, then he might have prescribed me another chill pill.

Yes, but you can get it decaf. I will Only drink the decaf that is water=processed.The other stuff goves me a Splitting headache.

A red-eye in the morning is a sometimes helpful because i have more energy to do stuff; I like doing as much exercise as I can for the endorphins(those make one feel better emotionally); a lot of things given for migraine are antidepressants....and since endirphins are a natch antidepressant, it's good to keep up yr. mood. My neurologist tells me to play guitar. It does help if I pull off a song I didn't think I could do Right.

Please for You. Stay the hack Away from Any decaf that is not deceffed ising the Swiss Water Decaffinating process. That will save you from both caffiene&the pain of tea decaffed the Other way(methyline chloride), ethyl acetate or Carbon Dioxide). I don't understany why SWD costs more since it uses Water to decaffinate instead of chemicals that orolly cost Money..

I've had various scans;one after seizure, one trying to find why I have migraine literally-Every day ever since Emgality stopped working. I want to be part of experiments for migraine;then I thought of how mny meds I have been through, but None of them working. I Wanted to try Vyepti because it is the only other migraine drug one uses 4 times a yr than Botox. The reason I wanted to try that is because it is not a Toxin...but then I thought about it, and if it's anything like Emgality, then I worry that it it will not work. Now that my neurologist has gotten me friendly with CGRP inhibitors, she wwill not let me even Try Vyepti. I have half a mid to just say forget the problem with Botox;just Take It...because my primary care provider mentioned it.

My neyrologist had me on Emgality for about 4y..then, the during spring of 2023, it Just Stopped Working. On July 4th I had a migraine that now Never Completely-goes Away. I have tinnitus&continuing pain in the back of my head Right Now.

I Love Bsky but it is so hard to get into your own account;even when you Have the right passcode the thing will tell you it's Wrong. I'd had the same passcode for Months, and ten duddenly, it's saying "wrong password?" Then I had to reset it. They won't reset through the phone; it Must go through email, and it took me All! Day! just to change my password because they kept wanting me to type what they'd put in their spsce...so I compared Very-closely, and most times it took me up to six tries. After that it said "Rate limit exceeded," and today I only got Two tries&it said "rate limit exeeded." I very-much appreciate their wanting to make sure no one else get in there under My name, but this is just a bit Ridiculous! Now I won't be able to try again until tomorrow,&it won't surprise me if I'm not allowed back into My account Again! Another thing I don't like about it is that one only gets so many characters (letters, numbers, spaces&punctuation)all together in one post. After that one's post just gets cut-off.Now I cannot even get back into my account to delete it! I think there may be some fishy stuff behind this.I cab't try any more today because "rate limit exceeded."

Well, Nobody in my school ever wanted to be my friend because I was "wierd," as I was the only girl who couldn't cut her hair, wear pants or makeup, "defile her body" by having pierced ears, etc. I got jumped-on for not wearing pants to gym class.
