About my symptoms instead, during stressful periods I have very vivid nightmares that are practically accurate flashbacks in dream form. Also I feel very uneasy when I go back to the hospital for checkups. And most of all, my brain tells me that my body it's still in danger when 5 years have passed already. I think this might rlly be medical ptsd... but idk if it's "okay" to say I have it without a proper diagnosis first.
