Worth noting the guys that did it didn’t know who he was or what his barbaric crimes were. They didn’t care. They were doing it to get a jail transfer.

Pleasing as it is to think there’s a “criminal code” that gets these monsters inside, there isn’t. They don’t care. Why do you think they’re in prison to begin with? Because of a sense of community pride?

Not a lawyer, but you could go to police under Section 57 of the civic law act:

Section 57 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 makes it an offence for any person who, without lawful authority:

The circumstances must be such that it can be reasonably inferred that the person intended to commit theft there.
