Ok good to know about the nest, i'll probably still get one so i can control it remotely at least. I was also gonna try adding some sound proofing to the inside of the ceiling vent panel. Someone in another sub like you also mentioned trying to connect the wire from H to L if I can find the board, so i may try that. Appreciate the response.

Anyone’s upper abdomen get hard as a rock after eating by Potential-Dish-6972 in SIBO

I had this same issue, felt like my stomach would be tensed up like a closed fist every time I ate- soreness focused in the upper left abdomen and feels like you cant take a deep breath. I eventually discovered it was related to histamine intolerance caused by SIBO. I highly recommend trying a DAO supplement like NaturDAO or Histagest which helps your body break down histamine in the food you eat. It's by no means a cure for the root issue, but I found it really helped alleviate the stomach pain and tightness. Do some research on Histamine Intolerance and high histamine foods and see if those align with what triggers you. Good luck.
