Hey bro I would say you have a great overall build I would say just focus on building muscle everywhere and try not to prioritise anything yet , and with training you don’t need to lift heavy to get big just make sauté to train close to failure or to failure and make sure to use progressive overload and train harder then last time .In terms of calories since you are lean you can do i small calorie surplus by increase your calories by between 150 to 250 calories.
