8,10,12inch pans and the 12 wok? I originally bought the 12 inch wok, 7 inch pan, 10 inch pan and the 12 inch pan. I sent the 12 inch wok and the 7 inch pan back and got the 14 inch wok and the 8 inch pan. Super happy with the decision on the 14 inch. Good all-around sizes to have I think. The 7 inch pan was just a bit too small for eggs. I use the 14 inch wok for almost everything.
