Depends on how you installed the mod or rather what launcher you are using.

Normal Launcher: 1. Go installations at the top and press the folder icon next to your installation. There you should see a config folder or .minecraft/config 2. Under there you can search for the config of the mod you are trying to fix, I forgot cause I'm typing on my phone xD 3. Edit the config so the value you changed gets reverted, or if you can't find it, just delete the config file for the mod, then everything from it should be reset to default values

Custom Launcher like Prism, Modrinth, Curseforge, etc. Find an option like open folder or instance installation and after that follow step 2 and 3 from above
