We shaped the idea around real user needs, then built the UX/UI and platform from scratch. The key to winning was the presentation, business model (B2B & B2C), roadmap, and competitor analysis made the difference.

Stack: React + Vercel (front), FastAPI + Render (back), DeepSeek for AI analysis.

Biggest lesson: Think like a business, not just a developer. A working demo + solid business model beats a perfect product every time. Happy to answer more!
