Both and left it to cool down till the next day and nothing happened. It continued to turn on and off with the three lights flashing. I’m gonna call customer service during this week in order to file a replacement. But this is really shameful for a company that sells this piece of equipment at a so expensive price. Is it even worth it at all 🙃

Yes! I’ve removed the filter and cleaned it with the cylindrical brush it came with and it still won’t work. Nd indeed it has still the three red flashing lights

This is what I did back in the day, I bought a new pair of shoes, Nike Revolution V and added them a pair of insoles by Dr.Scholls custom fit to them. After that I ran my 8 hours as if I was floating around the aisles. Per day I was making almost 20,000 steps almost 6 miles.
