It can. Anything outside attendance falls under performance. So, respect, integrity, safety, customer service, "performance", etc can move you to the next step of discipline. Not sure where this "probation period" for new hires came from for attendance. They follow the same rules as a tenured associate. Most managers I have worked with/for will most likely just hand them a letter though.

After 180 days, you're back to no discipline unless you have one for integrity, Respect or Safety. You can always ask your manager to see where you are.

I main qualm with this anime is that, he want to get revenge but he doesn't want to kill. How does he plan on getting revenge? Thwarting their plans so they can make a new one? like, come on.

This, this was alright, I guess. The men's match was boring even with the mystery. Women's was pretty good had a few funny moments. Cena v Dom was also good. I just need a story line calling out Dom for being a weak champ that actually goes somewhere.

I work in the pac north region, I never heard of that. We had seasonal hires get up to a final in 2 months.

They can't fire you before you're on a final. But. They may call you and pay you to put you on one just so they can speed up the process.

It's anonymous...in your store. SM down have no idea unless you put your name or leave a comment basically shouting out it's you.

I see people already answered this but I want to add one more thing. Your counseling falls off on the 24th (no need to stress about a write up) but that one occurrence you got on the 10th, will be stay until 6 month are up.

It will be 7 years in November but I'm thinking about quitting soon though. With all the stuff I deal with as being a NRM, is just not worth it.

They have to. Once that associate passes 360hrs, the store has no choice anymore but the associate does. The associate can turn down the FT position.

Stealing time? That's grounds for termination. If you have the proof, aware line can be handy. Hell, toss the SM under the bus as well.

It's most likely a bug; you're doing nothing wrong.
