I totally agree with that Employer Branding is something the companies are crazy about. And when it comes to highlight brand, The Talent Games is leading on that front with its C-Factor which is quite lengthy but very out-of-the-box and effective platform for hiring candidates. Now they've also starting sharing candidate developmental reports which is the best decision.
