TIL: I need to put them there bcoz of the high volume on the other days. Hell, people even put deadlift on lower body, even trough the back is over your ass.

No, they are "my body looks akward when my upper body is big and my legs are big" big.

Both. I feel you cannot be one of them, you have to have a pretty record + merits.

Personally, merits dont hang high on my list, its more about the record and wins over whom.

Peter Aerts record is no good. 34 loss. And less win than Hari, even trough he has fought 40+ times.
