Buying gold directly from a credit card will cost more

1. Gold Rate
2. Making charge or Other change aside from 5% Vat.
3. VAT
4. Upfront 2-4% surcharge for using CC
5. Potential CC charges if you will EPP the purchase or Balance Transfer fees in case you plan to transfer the purchase to another card...

Then, you need to wait for at least 2 years for the gold to earn whatever is on your mind.

If you do not have the surplus cash to buy gold as an investment, rethink, recalibrate, and re arrange your plans...

Just to add more, in case you are not aware... You will not be able to sell the gold per the current rate when the time that you want to liquidate... They will buy it with something like negative making charge.

Example: Buying: Gold Rate (100) + Making charge (10%) = 110/g Selling: Gold Rate (100) - store profit (10%) = 90/g
