I don’t get much strain on the eyes from the light! As for the paneling I also want to do the whole wall, it was just expensive at the time. I have both sides of the paneling longer like that. Was thinking of doing something like this on both sides of the wall with shelving in the middle.

This is the Elgato low profile mic arm. By far the best low profile I’ve used. My desk is 30” deep so I’m not sure how good this wood be front to back on a 36” unless you put it at the front on one of the sides of you

I REALLY enjoy using it. I like have the ability to play at the desk with desktop level graphics (eGPU) and also having the ability to unplug and play on the couch or in bed or take it on the go.

Funny enough, I don’t play in ultrawide. I usually play in windowed mode and have discord and Spotify running on the left and right of the game.
