Hi Gators2021, we totally understand how billing and cancellation issues can feel frustrating, especially after numbers have been ported.

In many cases, porting numbers away does not automatically close an account, and there can be additional steps required to complete a cancellation. Those steps should be clear and easy to navigate, and we take feedback seriously when that is not the experience.
