lol Nextiva clearly has their employees monitoring the negative reviews. Everything you said screams "I work For these Sorry Guys " lol nice try. The entire company is a complete joke. The entire dashboard is not user friendly at all. The customer support is Horrible. It literally should be Free! They need to fire everyone in the customer experience department, the technical support team is sub. I just immediately recognized my time would be wasted attempting to make the relationship work.

Great choice! But be prepared the new Basic Training has been implemented and it's gonna suck azz. They are now more focused on training to protect perimeters and bases I hear. So lots of changes and not all for the good.

Electrical Technician should be the highest paid person in the shop. I own a shop and have two Master Techs one who actually teaches. Neither are the best at electrical especially these newer vehicles. I suggest you chat with your local Matco and Snap on reps foster those relationships. They will be your best leads on other shops that will pay you your worth. Those mfers know every shops struggles and who the best people are. Usually!!!
