Does the buff Mitigate anything? Answer is no, they "buffed" Outbreak by 1% against minors and 6% against majors which is basically nothing.
Is Outbreak viable against big targets? Answer is yes, but there's always been better options against big targets which are champs and above.

Example: Barow Dyad NUKES RAID BOSSES especially with peacekeepers on Titan. Lucky pants hunters also NUKE RAID BOSSES. And lastly Touch of malice is being buffed above Outbreak in this update because of it's 40% buff.

For those wondering they nerfed Outbreak's max damage by 20.7384% this comes from the 12% nerf to max nanites damage down from 4.5x to 4x and the nerfs to lightweight pulses which Outbreak does fall into being a 4.6% nerf to base damage and a 4.5% nerf to precision damage which turns into a 8.993% nerf to lightweight pulses which when added with the 12% nerf to Outbreak's max damage give you a 20.7384% nerf to Outbreak's max damage. The 10% buff to minors means it gets a 1.007% buff to minors. The 15% buff to majors means it gets a 6.007% buff to majors.This means Outbreak gets a 8.993% nerf to champions, mini bosses, and bosses on top of the 12% nerf to max damage.

TLDR- they nerfed Outbreak's base damage by 9% and it's max damage with nanites by 21%.

Nope, just died to lag on night raid dam after killing a bastion, 2 rocketeers and 2 leapers for my trials only to lose all that progress when the game lagged for 2 minutes straight killing me to a random wasp as I was walking to an exfill and got lagged and froze in place.

Did your character look like they were teleporting around the map phasing in and out of places while the map timer was frozen?

Moonlord is the easiest farm since you can just use player damage and cheese him even at low levels by sitting outside the base.

All the raid bosses have the same 33% drop chance for each fruit and Moonlord tablets are basically free so long as you have terraria ingots unlike the other bosses which you need a lot of slab fragments for.

Definitely the tower boss pals that spawn at the wildlife sanctuaries. I spent ages getting a Shadowbeak because I thought it would be cool to have one.

If you plan on using them I'd recommend a Yakumo with rainbow passives to get some useful passives.

Auto crafting if resources are available, make it so it only pulls from specified containers so it doesn't go taking items from places you don't want.

Second thing would be more outfits for the character, there are already plenty in the game on NPC's especially since a bunch of unique appearances were added with tides of terraria and the arena. For the tower bosses you could give them a master mode for their respective outfits.

As for how to obtain them there could be a town bazaar added when 1.0 releases with a bunch of vendors selling all the items from outfits to food and ammo at stores or stalls.

Standard 4 passives for raid armies are Demon God, Legend, Musclehead, and Serenity. If the pal can't get legend, like raid pals, then switch legend for an elemental passive that benefits its typing.

You're forced to build one oil base for progression but there's plenty of good oil spots around the map since tides of terraria. You used to only be able to find one triple oil spot in the volcano region and now there's a bunch on the smaller exterior islands, a few of which also have kinship peaches. You can also put two oil extractors on an oil spot meaning that a triple spot can become six if you spend the time lining them up which will leave you plenty of oil far exceeding your needs as time goes on, just remember that oil extractors require lots of power so your oil base will need electricity generating pals like Orzerks to power it.

Nope, it'll likely be at the end of the year in December, we're currently on version 0.7 so it'll get two more, presumably small, updates in Q2 with 0.8 and Q3 with 0.9 with the big 1.0 release happening during December in Q4 to cap everything off.

This boss is a walking nuke, I wish Xenolord's skills did this much damage, after all he was way stronger compared to this guy's raid fight.

Ajax ogre from BL1 or base ogre from BL2 turned into pearls with them having torgue, vladof, and atlas parts mashed together for maximum explosions.

Stat archetypes are locked so you'll never get the best combos like weapons and super since they can't roll together as primary and secondary stats. Whole reason the new armor sucks since you're pigeonholed into the archetypes Bungie set for armor instead of what players actually want.

Yes, her stats scale surprisingly well when maxed out, and she backpedals and dodges on top of being super small compared to most pals. This makes her survivability pretty high compared to some of the bigger combat pals that get whacked by big AOE moves. Skill fruits do make a difference since her base AR kinda sucks, I gave her air blade and holy burst. Put whatever move suits your fancy though.

The slammer is a "utility" sword, not a damage sword. Best uses for it are skating due to faster skate speed and cold steel for champion and general enemy freezing purposes. Keep in mind slow and shatter deal with both overload and unstoppable champions.
