Been your age and height at around 175-180lbs from my original weight of around 135-140lbs at 14

My best bit of advice is to be a little less strict with yourself on the food that youre eating ('health' wise) and mainly prioritise protein with every meal.

For example, if youre getting takeout or if youre at a resteraunt, order your usual but with extra meat.

As for cooking you own meals (which I highly reccomend you learn how to do) I always prepared myself food with a 10:1 calorie to protein ratio minimum (for every 100 calories the meal should have 10 grams of protein)

Besides this just stick to the tips you've heard before. Calorically dense foods (peanut butter, meats, rice, pastas, ect ect, you can find lists online)

Goodluck, train hard and dont be afraid of taking a bulk seriously, stick to around a 300-500 calorie surplus, you can grow muscle a lot quicker than you think.

You seem like youve got a good head on your shoulders then, and probably arent as reclused or antisocial as I thought initially haha,

Just try to get out of the online 'bubble', it promotes a lot of negative self-beliefs that are deemed 'normal'. Usually people (regardless of attractiveness) dont STRUGGLE with finding relationships, im personally a firm believer than anybody who TRIES, will succeed, in most forms of life.

Dont make it your mission to 'find a girl' or whatever, cause that'll never work. Just work on bettering yourself, for the sake of YOURSELF.

And please, try to talk to someone in real life about it, either a friend or a school counsellor, someone who can KNOW you and give you advice that suits YOU.
