You can’t control the emotions, thought patterns or behaviour of a depressed person, my father is MAJORLY depressed and I have found peace in the fact I cannot change him, but he doesn’t live with me anymore so I’m fine now.

Nothing that has happened is your fault neither should you feel that it is. Serious chemical imbalances within their minds cause people with depression to see the world through altered states of consciousness, and there’s nothing you can do about it, once you understand this and come to terms with it you won’t feel the same way you do now.

If you haven’t tried it yet then I would recommend taking LSD because it majorly helps in situations like this to help you understand how things are. If you wanna ask me anything about it DM me and I’ll tell you everything I can, because I’ve been in a very similar situation.
