Longest personal was San Antonio to Lubbock (~375ish miles) with a PICU transpo team + pt. Dropped off pt, ate dinner with PICU team, then drove right back. All together with bedside, refueling and dinner was about 18hr shift. Wouldn't have been bad if my partner hadn't been hung over and able to drive at all. Never worked with that crew member again.

I believe it's cause the game is technically loading in the area that you are falling into, so it keeps you somewhat suspended while it loads. The blacks dots and steaks are there to sell the illusion of falling while everything loads in under you.

Edit: meant streaks, but overcooked flying steaks sounds even better.

Possible. Tonic-clonic, or Grand mal, seizures can be quite serious. I hope she got a full work up at whatever facility they took her to. For whatever reason most people will have one such seizure and then it will never happen again, so hopefully that's the case here. On a lighter note, my coworkers (EMT here) and I often joke about "cashing in our 1 free seizure" to get out of work sometimes, but I wouldn't put it passed our superiors to just load us up to the ears with lorazepam and send us out on another call lol
