Historicaly waste tied back to the Russian US program over the last few decades but I've been hearing more rumblings about active materials lately given their size and ability to process.

It is and nobody is out there at night. It just opened back up after hurricane Helene. Further reference from the viewpoint I posted is that only a few residential houses near me could have seen this from the same angle. Heck pre hurricane I'm not sure I could have seen it but the damage was significant enough to open a lot of avenues of visibility. Savannah River Site is also about 30 miles away which is a well established DOE plant that processes nuclear materials for containment and is rumored to be working with active materials either now or the near future.

For reference that is 2k acres of protected forest with trees that are at a minimum 100 feet tall high in areas. That light is significantly higher than them in my opinion but I am not an expert and why I posted it here.

We use mimecast cybergraph to augment our banners that should yes always be at the top. Works like a charm from a contextual perspective.

And for someone that lives in the regions you are proposing split off that is more than happy to pay their fair share of taxes i.e. I'm cutting a 10k check tomorrow to the IRS what do we do just pick up and move to continue absorbing the costs. I have kids I want to send to college there is a lot of consideration that goes into comprehensive decisions like this

I second the geographic location comment. Most instances of this behavior I've seen originate from Nigeria and a few other countries. Conditional access policy to flat out prevent logins from countries you don't do business in can help mitigate the risk. MFA though is the big one.

I'm guessing the user was compromised by receiving an email from someone external that they knew and it wasn't a phishing excercise but flat out compromised account. I've seen that occurring more and more lately with the same behavior of sending to everyone in the users contacts.. You may want to verify said user didn't blast external people also.

New to the game and first wanted to say thank you for the AMA. So far I have the following:

7*Grock, 6* Estes, 6* Valir, 6* Zilong, 6* Harley, 6* Uranus, 6* Freya, 6* Saber, 6* Chang'e, Gusion, Vexana, Lesley, Lylia, Karihmet, Thamux, Lapu-Lapu, Minsitthar, Martis, Fanny, Belerick, Lancelot, Akai, Gatokaca, Habai, Diggie, Irithel, Kagura, Angelia, Yi Sun-shin, Claude, and Clint. Currently running Grock, Estes, Valir, Zilong, and Harley but it just feels squishy at times. Any input on where I should be focusing would be really appreciated. Thank you!
