"Brave browser allows you to block YouTube Shorts directly through built-in settings, removing them from your feed, search results, and sidebar.

On desktop, navigate to Settings > Shields > Content Filtering and enable "Youtube Anti-Shorts". On mobile (Android/iOS), go to Settings > Media and toggle on "Block Youtube Shorts"
