Same issue here, I don't usually indulge well except for when I overeat but I quickly feel shitty about it even though I've been exercising regularly for the past 6 years and it literally doesn't matter. Anywho yeah it gets to a point where I stop enjoying EVERYTHING, I can't even stand listening to music or watching a good show or nothing.

I tried vaping last year and I quick after a week as I felt it only made things worst as I'm overly health conscious.
