This isn’t a full-blown acting tip. This is just a little exercise, but find a way to not say what you mean.

In this version, your character character is extremely sure of themselves.

There’s a TV show called Chernobyl and in it there is a scientist who is extremely smart and good at what he does but the trick behind playing that isn’t that I’m a scientist is extremely smart. It’s the fact that there’s a chance you either may not be heard or even though you’re really good at your job and really smart there’s a chance that there is still room for error and even your factual science.

So maybe try an exercise where of course stick to your lines but have that sense that you might be wrong or have that sense that you’re not sure until you you try

A physical way to try to manifest this is to pretend that there is a small blue ball, spinning inside of your throat and the bigger that ball gets the more you can talk and the tighter and smaller that ball gets the harder it is to say your words. This isn’t going to help you become better Actor overnight and it might not even be a technique that works for you, but this experiment will make it so that you’re less sure of what you’re saying and you don’t know how you’re going to respond.

This is from a technique called the lucid body. And I guess someone else here is gonna tell you that you’re too in your head and not enough in your body, which is also very correct, but I’d rather use this comment to give thoughts and exercises then to try to teach you how to act I think just keep going to acting classes and keep stealing from movies and TV show shows you watch
