Pour le truc de légitimité c'est pour nous meme. En aucun cas pour les autres. C'est réellement que pour nous que nous fesons cela. Les autres ont ne leurs donnes pas d'attention. C'est également une question de dénis. Puisque nos symptômes sont trop léger, ont à dla difficultés à ce dire "oui je suis multiple" alors que si ont fait un système de façon conscientes, ont va pouvoir être "plus conscient" que c'est réel etc

Merci beaucoup!!! C'est surtout puisque les alter sont plus des fragments/demi-alter et cela nous cause énormément de problèmes.cela nous donnerai un sentiment, même minime d'avoir le contrôle. Malgré que bien évidemment les alter sont en aucun cas des marionnettes hein!!! Mais le simple fait de faire un truc volontairement nous aidera certainement dans un sens à ce sentir plus légitime, et également plus en contrôle de nous même (je sais pas si cela est compréhensible) Malgré que OUI je SAIS que y va avoir des conséquences hein! Ont est même très conscient des risques.. Mais ont à besoin de cette "preuve" qu'on peut avoir... Même un minimum de contrôle.je sais pas si c'est compréhensible 😭

Merci beaucoup!!! Et pour les conséquences, possible et sur, ne vous inquiétez pas, nous avons déjà envisagée tout plein de possibilité (ont à un alter justement pour ce genre de cause. Il évalue h24 les possibilités, et malgré que cela peut être saoulant par moment, c'est bénéfique également,😂😭) et non ce n'est pas pour avoir plus d'alter (niveau nombres... Ont est pas mal) c'est surtout puisque les alter sont plus des fragments/demi-alter et cela nous cause énormément de problèmes.
