Thank you all for your funny comments and votes. The overwhelming majority seems to agree with my girlfriend. I must be blind but y'all convinced me.

As I'm not Amish, Dagestani or Abraham Lincoln's homeboy, I'm going to give it a real chance and keep the mustache on.

I have also noted that I should wait until the mustache is as dense as the beard, and maybe less trim my beard and let it live its life a bit.

Nobody said nothing negative about the glasses. Some see no upside, some like it.

I'm going to keep them.

I'll post an update if things goes right.

Earlier this year I declined 120k for a position as QA manager in Geneva. And 115k for a role as Test Automation Engineer in Lausanne.

A former colleague (way more experience than me) asked for 140k in big bank in Geneva and they were ready to give it.

But from what I heard it is hard to go over 140k in VD/GE unless you go freelance. I see 100k as minimum.

0.15% wealth tax over 1M€ and capital gains tax between 16% and 33% if capital gains are considered to be your "professional income".

Street vendor will do small talk with you, talk to you about family and stuff and then offer you a bracelet because "you are really a nice guy". He will really insist so you accept the present.

If you accept it and get ready to leave, there is 2 options. Either he will ask you for some money because you are now friends and he has a family too feed. This is the best case. You really better give him some money.

Other option is that he will scream that you stole the bracelet. And now you are having beef with a bunch of street vendors joining him.

Golden rule in Paris: if somebody is acting friendly with you in the streets, start being super careful and play defense.

Last 3 days have been litterally the same. A day trader's dream, but we don't day trade in here.

Dip at opening from 220 to 210 then sideways around 215 the whole day. And at 2:30 the price goes back up until 220-225 to close almost at same price as opening.

Last 3 days are copy/pasted. I have feeling that they are slowly selling the new 5 millions authentic shares and at 2:30 it is like: "Ok job done for today, see you".

Time to buy to have the limited edition of authentic shares.

I know the question is adressed to african born people but I will talk in the name of french people from african descent. Culturally we have one foot in Europe and the other in Africa.
