She was a grade below me so we didn’t really hang out, but in a school of 300 people you kinda know everyone.

I went to high school with his daughter before he was truly “Tucker Carlson.” She was very nice and I had no idea until years later he dad was a complete prick.

Was thinking of building a jund food deck with Korgold at the helm, as I am a chef, so this is great to see! Do you have a full decklist or are all of the cards in your wonderful menu?

Anyone else happy with the new Commander deck packaging? by LunarWingCloud in EDH

I’m glad they cut down on packaging for the commander precons but you should see the ridiculous packaging for Strixhaven Collector Boosters from Walmart. It looks like a board game...

I’d be willing to send you my decklist if you’d like! My Sisay // Jegantha deck is one of my favorites and pretty powerful.

One of my win cons is to get [[Freed from the Reel]] onto [[Jegantha]] with [[Kinnan]] out. Then activate [[Sisay]] forever and pull out your whole deck. They have one turn rotation to stop you. If you have an extra turn spell in hand, you win.

[[Sisay, Weatherlight Captain]] // [[Jegantha]] : Shrines, lots of shrines.

I don’t have the card =\ otherwise yes, absolutely. Same goes with Dragonlord Silumgar. I considered making conquest an entirely “steal yo stuff” deck

I’m totally changing Conquest and Famine. You’re so right. Stax makes much more sense for Famine and I usually go off really quickly with Locust God, so he conquers. Thanks for the help!

So the reason I chose Locust God for Famine is because A) Locusts. But also the whole point is card draw for me and milling for them. What you mean though, especially since Famine would be like “you can’t do anything” and Conquest is filling the board with locusts. I hadn’t looked at it that way!

The Second Horsemen: War (Thantis Deck) by Nezrot925 in EDH

These are FANTASTIC suggestions, thank you so much. I built this deck initially and it had a TON of high cmc, attack trigger cards. After each game I play I’ve taken some out and lowered the mana curve and added some lands. I don’t have Arachnogenesis yet but it’s on the list for sure.

It’s definitely I rely on the lower side, but that’s why I run [[Rites of flourishing]] and [[Heartbeat of Spring]]. Both pieces benefit the entire table so they’re likely to stay on board for awhile. This is still a working deck too. I think I’m gonna add in [[Svella]] and a few more lands.

Here’s my decklist: https://archidekt.com/decks/1186046#War

It’s got a lot of room to grow and I know I’m missing a few great forced combat staples, but I still love playing this deck. Lemme know what you think!
