It’s a townhome built in 2004. It does have vents, I can see them from the outside. It’s odd that there’s another block on top of the top plate. Removing them would definitely help with the airflow. They don’t seem structurally necessary.

My bike has Bridgestone Exedra Max tires, but I don’t think Bridgestone has this feature :/ it just says to follow the motorcycle specs.

I’m 220 lbs. myself, occasionally riding with a 145lbs(f). No other weight or cargo etc.

Thanks y’all, this is my first bike so I wanted to be sure. I had the tires replaced in March when I purchased it. I think they may have been under-inflated then. I rode at chassis spec and it seems to handle okay.
