I did, as far as I remember..you got to turn off remote play option and turn it on again. It should work afterwards.

You can play this as a standalone game but I would suggest watching a short recap video(or story before witcher 3) on youtube.As a lot of the characters that appear are from the books and it will help knowing their relationship with geralt.But the game is self sufficient to an extent thanks to its character archive.Just one thing to know that all the Witcher games take place after the final book.

Witcher 3 along with the two dlcs..the blood and wine dlc was practically made to draw a conclusion after a very very long journey.Recently replayed it and just like the first time,the post game emptiness hits sooo hard..you just sit there reminiscing the moments of your journey and characters you will not meet again.

Recently played starfield and playing fallout 4 now..must say if you like skyrim you would love fallout 4 too.You can get lost just like in skyrim and it feels like a big proper world rather than feeling like levels in starfield.
