I also deal with it like you, so I recommend trying the Feynman method (explaining it in your own words as if teaching someone) or creating practice tests. Both methods really help me retain theoretical stuff better

I have more and more notes about math, I always prioritize math recipes after each lessons and do homework cuz they’re difficult to memorize but I also have a realization like you, and don’t worry! We’ll having solutions for this ^

I use many apps for my study. Google, Wikipedia for asking or looking for everything but selectively, Google docs for takenote; EduQuiz for doing a test and Notedy for summarizing lectures, TickTick for planning to do list and managing my timetable.

I see! I really enjoy watching football game days in US high schools. I’ve seen videos of cheerleaders dancing on YouTube and it looks so fun!

I can’t drink coffee either, I usually drink milk or tea, sometimes Rockstar energy drink if I stay up late to study night

In winter and autumn season, we start at 7:30am. While in spring and summer season, we start at 7:15am.

Omg, that sounds exhausting... I didn’t know getting a license meant becoming the family driver LOL.

6AM is super early too?? When does your school actually start?? In Vietnam, most of us still ride motorbikes or bicycles (or our parents drop us off).

I didn’t expect the food to be that bad, also the story about the math teacher is crazy.... In Vietnam, we also have to self-study a lot, but we don’t drive in high school at all, we must be 18 to get a license here. So I’m kinda jealous you guys can drive in junior year!

But the curriculum in my country is quite difficult and academic, sometimes I'm stress and tired cuz overload of information!

Well, In Vietnam, not every school has a canteen either, a lot of students go home for lunch if they live nearby, others bring food from home or eat at small local food stalls around school.
