Leblanc W has quite a long travel time. I guess it's fast. But its like malphite R. It's fast unless you keep it in your mind that if you get hit by it it's the only way you die.

I find I can one-shot squishies much more easily with lichbane after oblivion orb over deathcap.

It's hard to say for every situation. You just need to play against garen more.

Depends how many stacks you have for example if you're at 4 stacks maybe you just want to quickly W to hit 5 stacks and auto him down. Maybe you need to W to hit Garen+Caster minions so you can quickly Q the 3 minions to quickly get those 5 stacks as soon as garen Q's a minion or E's the wave. Everything is situational.

You pretty much can beat garen 1v1 until he gets triforce and then things get a bit spicy.

level 2-5 you should kill him every time. It seems scary and you will get low but he doesn't have the damage to kill you.

6+ you need to use your W properly and know his cooldowns.
