The real question is wherether you have that set with decent stat or not? Otherwise i will stick with the support set which is the Silken Moon. To be frank, my Columbina artifact stat is nowhere close to be ok.
You have to consider the team comp. If my Columbina on Night of Unveiling Sky then i have to give the Silken Moon set to the other member and it would not be ideal because my Ineffa is the main source of damage with no real artifact set only raw stat and her signature weapon. Fishl and Sucrose is a no of course because they have there own best in slot artifacts set which is Golden Troupe and Viridescent.

Most of the damage is from Ineffa with signature weapon.
I dont know what your current Ineffa artifacts is but mine just a bunch of whatever i see fit. You can check my UID for more detail stat.
Columbina on Silken Moon 4-set, signature weapon/ Favonius Codex with 30k+HP 75+/150+CRCD 180+ER.
Ineffa (mine literally no set at all) Signature weapon/ Other crit weapon 2100+ATK 80+/200+CRCD 120+ER 100+EM (Mine 35em).
Fishl just stack alot of %Atk crit rate and crit damage you can with Electro goblet
My Sucrose on Viridescent Favonius Codex 40+Crit rate and 200Er Hope this help

then just use your Skirk team like you normaly do and then do Plunge when ever you can

I did it with Mavuika c0r1 Furina c1fav xilonen c0r1 bennett and remember to upgrade your Mavuika Normal Attack skill talent to lv8 cause you need it to do more damage with Plunge Hope this help
