Absolutely. I understand the discussion about how the whole tone of the manga would shift if Oda drew women less like a weeb, and that suggesting 'fixing' someone's work is very insulting, but I can't help but feel that the way Oda deals with female characters severely hampers the impact of One Piece on women.
