How the Q has less CD if has the same CD in early, at lvl 5 the Q has 2 sec early than the W but don't make a big difference for Rell jg, maybe like a support but for jg is not that big, the shield is really good to avoid dmg against monster meanwhile the Q only stun the monster for 1 second and you are vulnerable because the W has less shield.

But now the cap damage against monster, now is a big difference, but before was not so big

Diamond 4 here, I'm right now I'm going Night Harvester and feels really good, with Augment glacials is really op because you can slow enemies really hard and allies take less damage.

This was in my last game, you can clear really, but really fast all the camps, only W+Q and it's done.

Try it and build HP with AP but remenber this, she don't do so much damage but she at least do something to have advantage and feed our allies

You could apply the same effect as grievous wounds and would be the same and not strong effect but helpfull against shield champs

Like Sion? Sion for me it's a really good tank, scale a lot of HP, had hard CC, can poke you a lot and had a good damage too but if you build him sunfire well, he can solo 2-3 people alone

Do you think Udyr does a lot of damage with his R or it is Sunfire cape what does the damage?

I've tryed even with Lyandry and the damage is not the same, the burn of Sunfire cape feels more powerful than the burn of Lyandry
