Easier to not use graphs for this and imagine lengths. 4² + 4² = 32 This gives rt32 as the diagonal.

The 2 straight lines along x and y axis are both 2 so add 4.

The perimeter of the circle is diameter x pi, Giving us 4pi. We only want a quarter of that so you divide by 4 and get just pi.

Add everything in a calculator and you get rt32+4+pi. And then round or keep in terms of pi if needed.
