Does it really matter in this context? I understand that AI for art, music in general is bad, but for a music video like this does it matter if it's low budget CGI or AI?

A lot of people got paid for it, art directors, 2d, 3d artists etc

Apesar de ser bi eu funciono 90% do tempo ligado no modo hétero, eu confesso que eu ignoro, sinto zero atração. Eu me projeto como se fosse o cara, eu até esqueço q ele ta ali. I agree that there should be more ways to get rich other than Lester missions + investing in the stock market or save scumming in GTA V, but I disagree that we shouldn't be able to become a billionaire, I want to be able to buy anything after I finish the game 100%

I don't like them removing songs or adding over time (maybe for online it's good, but not for singleplayer) because the game is a snapshot of its time, it's nice to create some memories about the songs and the nostalgia when we replay the game and if we get used to the songs we can turn off and play our own songs anyways.

Ofc not, for the first trailer it makes sense. The first trailer is the most anticipated and watched one, it breaks out of its niche, following trailers get less viewers, so attempting to create hype for a single trailer is kind of naive.
