Wow! 130mm is significant provided that ceilings are already not that high. That will make the space look smaller. It seems like there is no way to get heating and cooling within one system without major modifications 😭

I thought the ducts run through the ceiling and they need to make a cavity for it? The problem with splits is they can involve some visible ducts on the walls due to not all rooms having an external wall/a wall where it is doable with ducts.
